Cultural Hierarchies, Leadership, and Employee Happiness

Positive workplace cultures prioritize employees' health and well-being, encourage respect trust among all, forgive mistakes. They promote employee happiness retention, improve team performance, enhance talent while effective leadership enables engineering managers to capture the full potential of skills knowledge. Previous research demonstrates that happier employees are more engaged productive. This article proposes a conceptual model culture from perspective organizational theory. In particular, is derived longitudinal study complexity represents at three scales: societal (macro), (meso), (micro). At each level, conceived as set actively promoted or discouraged behaviors, what might be called active culture . We also propose largely influenced by form interplay these layered cultures. Our aim provide practical implications for wanting develop business culture, leadership, seeking productivity engagement.
